“Out of the Studio” and Into the Gallery — Bold New Works Arrive at 1515 Lincoln Gallery

Installation view of Out of the Studio: Anthony Dyke & Susan Morrison-Dyke

We are so happy to be open again after our recent closure due to building maintenance. The time away allowed us to make important updates to the building and gave our team valuable time to plan upcoming exhibitions and public events. We are incredibly thankful for our local community of patrons who support us in our efforts to bring exceptional art to Oklahoma City. Our gallery has grown so much over the past two years, and we look forward to creating more memories with you. We have an exciting year ahead and hope you’ll join us for the events and exhibitions to come.

If you missed the opening of our newest exhibition, Out of the Studio featuring artists Anthony Dyke and Susan Morrison-Dyke, we encourage you to stop by the gallery and experience this bold and beautiful show. The artists, who lived in Oklahoma City until 2020 before relocating to Boston to continue their art careers, remain local favorites. Their abstract work evokes strong emotion through color, form, and texture. While their pieces relate to each other, each artist brings a distinct approach to their practice. We are honored to host Out of the Studio, which will be on view through Saturday, July 19, 2025.

Have you visited 1515 Bistro since our reopening? You might notice a few exciting changes—including updates to our menu and a new face in the kitchen! Stop by and meet our new Chef and Bistro Manager, Clayton Barritt. We're now serving fresh new offerings like the delicious Caprese Sandwich, a rotating Soup of the Day, fresh bakery selections, and more. Join us Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm for lunch, or stay for wine and snacks from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

We look forward to seeing you again soon—whether you're visiting the gallery, enjoying a meal at the bistro, or just stopping in to say hello.

Warm regards,
Susan McCalmont
