Celebrate Creativity This Season at 1515 Lincoln Gallery
This December, embrace the magic of the season at the gallery with our month-long special event, Holiday Deals & Delights. From now through December 31, enjoy exclusive savings on art, unique gifts, and festive bistro treats! We’re excited to feature new gift items from Holland Haus, Jack Baker candles, and Zero Tolerance chocolates, along with discounts on art by Ukrainian artist Yulaiyla Grays Larru. Be sure to try our bistro specials on alcoholic beverages as well! Additionally, we’re showcasing new jewelry and clothing from The Afghan Project, all handmade by 13 Afghan artists and craftswomen. Stop by to find the perfect treasures for yourself and your loved ones!
If you missed the opening reception for My Relation with Life, the vibrant exhibition of artist Behnaz Sohrabian, we invite you to experience it in person. This show features a collection inspired by Behnaz’s daily encounters with the world, expressed through
stunning floral still lifes, landscapes, and more. We’re thrilled to feature her beautiful paintings here at the gallery, on view through January 18, 2025.
Additionally, please join us in downtown Oklahoma City at the BancFirst Tower for our group exhibition featuring works by over 17 Oklahoma artists. This exciting event brings together a diverse collection of creations by our represented artists. We’d love for you to share this special moment with us! The opening reception will be held on Thursday, December 12, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. This exhibition is dedicated to the memory of my husband, Ralph McCalmont, a founder of BancFirst. A portion of the sales proceeds will benefit Sooner Hope, an Oklahoma-based Ukrainian relief organization.
As we celebrate our two-year anniversary at 1515 Lincoln Gallery this December, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to you—our art patrons and supporters. Your enthusiasm and encouragement fuel our mission to bring creativity, beauty, and inspiration to our community. Thank you for being an essential part of our journey!
Sincerely,
Susan McCalmont
